"There is nothing new under the sun but there are lots of old things we don't know."

from Mark Twain:
"Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest."
"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first."
"Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please."
"It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt."

WHaT'S oN MY SH3LF???
Sunday, December 26, 2004
last night was my first christmas away from my family. i spent it with my sister jack and my cousin jim(alright they're family - but you know what i mean). noche buena was consist of bromate free bread and hotdogs ",> if my mother knew this she'd probably cry - good thing she doesn't surf the net. so inisip na lang namin ham yun (we imagined it's ham). and when that didn't do it, we all decided to go to sleep - maybe it will taste even better in our dreams.it's time to think of my new year's resolution. keyword is "new." i guess that means no "recycling" of past resolutions that never materialized. i have 5 days. it can't be that hard...right?
book i'm reading right now, stone of tears by terry goodkind. i read the 4th and 5th book already. i'm doing everything backwards. i think that has to be a part of my resolutions too. whatever.
most favorite "gift" i got this christmas? a "bilao." now i don't know what the translation for that is.
